About the Senior Manager - Residential Marketing Role

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Residential Marketing to oversee the conception, planning, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives for its residential developments. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role is integral to driving brand awareness, enhancing the company's profile, and generating leads for the residential sales team, aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

Role Overview and Objectives

This pivotal role focuses on the strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing and communications for Red Sea Global's residential portfolio. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities that support individual development and asset marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing strategies. The position encompasses the full marketing funnel, from building brand awareness to driving qualified leads for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for the real estate market to drive brand recognition and lead generation.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various channels including web, paid social, print advertising, content, film, brochures, PR, and eDMs.
  • Inform the development of residential marketing plans and activities based on overall business and marketing strategy.
  • Lead asset-specific content strategy across relevant channels to engage target audiences.
  • Manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the marketing procurement process, including agency costs, and ensure spend aligns with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with operator partners and agencies to produce jointly branded sales collateral and content.
  • Work with the sales team to manage and implement events, roundtables, and campaigns to promote developments and market trends.
  • Continuously refine positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing activities with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Develop asset-specific brand-centric content and sales collateral in collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Drive content development for the Red Sea Residences website and ensure it is kept up-to-date.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market data to build successful strategies.
  • Identify and leverage residential marketing events and participation opportunities in partnership with Sales and Development teams.
  • Ensure effective communication systems are in place across the team.
  • Manage project and business performance through planning, coordination, delivery, evaluation, and communication.
  • Partner with digital, creative, media, PR, and social media agencies to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all communications.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating objectives, KPIs, and budgets to senior management.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Set clear KPIs and objectives for direct reports and manage their performance in agreement with the Marketing Director.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Senior Marketing Manager within a top-tier real estate or development company.
  • Experience in the luxury, UHNWI, and HNWI sectors is desired.
  • Proven track record in brand/creative development and execution in B2C, with B2B experience being preferable.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to drive employee engagement, development, and performance.
  • Experience with and a good understanding of market research.
  • An understanding of media industry trends.
  • Creativity and the ability to produce innovative and original content.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working closely with various internal teams, external agencies, and partners to achieve marketing and sales objectives for residential developments.
