About the Role

BKN301 is building fintech solutions to empower banks, fintechs, and merchants in emerging markets. As a Senior Program Manager – Fintech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding our presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic fintech initiatives with significant long-term impact.

Role Overview

In this role, you will lead the delivery of strategic, cross-functional initiatives within Saudi Arabia that have substantial business and technological impact. You will coordinate diverse stakeholders, including business, product, technology, compliance, and external partners, to ensure the successful execution of complex programs. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will drive decision-making, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex fintech programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and ecosystem partners to ensure successful program execution.
• Drive delivery across digital onboarding, payments, wallet solutions, compliance, and other financial services capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Build and maintain governance frameworks, reporting structures, and executive-level updates to provide visibility and control.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery challenges across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, compliance functions, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
• Define and monitor KPIs, using data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives, customer needs, regulatory expectations, and technical feasibility.

Essential Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Delivery, or similar leadership roles within fintech, banking, financial services, or consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English are required.
• Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software delivery processes, including backlog preparation, sprint planning, grooming, and coordination between Product, Engineering, and QA.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured product requirements, user stories, and actionable development deliverables.
• Good knowledge of API-based products, integrations, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern delivery management practices.
• Ability to work with high-level architecture and technical constraints to align product scope with implementation feasibility.
• Understanding of regulated financial services environments and fintech ecosystems.

Additionally, an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification, experience within Saudi Arabia or GCC financial services ecosystems, exposure to digital assets, blockchain technologies, or emerging financial products, and previous experience engaging with regulators or financial institutions are considered advantageous.

Work Environment and Culture

This role is based in Riyadh and will initially be remote, with a planned transition to a hybrid working model as operations grow. You will be among the first members of our Riyadh team, contributing to shaping local delivery capabilities and supporting long-term market growth.
