Senior Project Manager Dry Buildings / Utilities

About the Role

Mace Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Dry Buildings / Utilities to join their team in Riyadh, KSA. This part-time role involves working on a large luxury mixed-use development, where Mace provides project management consultancy services. The Senior Project Manager will lead the safe and coordinated delivery of dry buildings and utility infrastructure, integrating design, procurement, construction, commissioning, approvals, and handover processes.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to drive integrated planning, ensure stakeholder alignment, and maintain disciplined control over cost, programme, risk, and quality. This is to deliver compliant and high-performing outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Promote Mace's Safety First value, exhibiting visible safety behaviours and utilizing Mace's HSW framework.
• Ensure robust quality systems are in place and managed in line with service excellence.
• Manage project delivery from inception through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction, aligning with the overall delivery program and agreed milestones.
• Manage project budgets, identifying risks, challenges, and mitigations.
• Lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project KPIs.
• Lead dry buildings and utility packages from design coordination through commissioning, energisation, handover, and closeout.
• Integrate contractors, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to resolve interfaces, approvals, and sequencing.
• Manage programme, cost, procurement, risk, change, reporting, and recovery planning.
• Champion safety, quality, sustainability, compliance, and operational readiness across all projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong track record in governance, project controls, procurement support, contract administration, authority coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Extensive progressive experience in buildings, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or programme delivery, with substantial exposure to dry utility systems and building-interface works.
• Proven experience leading power, telecoms, ICT, ELV, fibre, street lighting, gas, utility corridor, substation, duct bank, chamber, service connection, or similar dry utility packages.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, utility providers, and authorities across design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Experience on major mixed-use, urban development, campus, data centre, transport, public realm, or large-scale capital programmes is advantageous.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI or equivalent dashboards, document control platforms, risk registers, collaboration platforms, and project management information systems.
