About the Senior Software Project Manager Role

For projects utilizing Agile methodologies, the manager will oversee Scrum events and meetings. A key aspect of the role is determining and overseeing consistent project activities such as testing, issue evaluation, and troubleshooting, acting as a liaison to communicate project changes and milestones. Regular checks on delivered projects for enhancements are also expected.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory. The role requires 5 to 7 years of experience specifically within the software industry. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall is essential.
