About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Real Estate Strategy to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the strategic development and execution of initiatives across Qiddiya's real estate portfolio. The role is integral to providing market intelligence, commercial assessments, and strategic analysis to inform key investment and business decisions for one of the world's most ambitious destinations.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for several key areas:

• Conducting market assessments, demand forecasting, supply analysis, and competitive benchmarking across various target sectors.
• Analyzing demographic, economic, consumer, and real estate market data to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Supporting the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and commercial evaluations for new developments and strategic initiatives.
• Assisting in the delivery of market studies, strategic planning, asset reviews, and portfolio assessments.
• Gathering, structuring, and synthesizing data from multiple sources to support informed decision-making.
• Developing analytical frameworks, models, and presentations to evaluate strategic options and investment priorities.
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to support real estate strategy development across residential, retail, and commercial asset classes.
• Assessing asset positioning, development mix, phasing approaches, and market opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Supporting scenario planning and strategic evaluations to inform development, investment, and portfolio decisions.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, real estate, investment, research, analytics, or a related field.
