About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee shift operations in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring high standards in people management, product presentation, cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations and team performance during their shift. This includes:

  • Leading team members by example, fostering a respectful and motivating work environment.
  • Addressing operational issues promptly and providing clear direction to the team.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company operating standards, including product merchandising, cleanliness, and health and safety protocols.
  • Managing shift cash procedures and completing required shift documentation.
  • Prioritizing guest satisfaction by reinforcing positive hospitality behaviors and resolving service complaints effectively.
  • Assisting in sales and transaction goals during the shift.
  • Monitoring and reporting on team member performance to the Store Manager.
  • Ensuring adequate team member coverage and stepping in to maintain service levels during busy periods.
  • Supervising the operation and condition of technical equipment.
  • Overseeing cashiering duties, including cash handling, issuing receipts, and maintaining checkout area cleanliness.

Team and Guest Engagement

This role involves direct leadership of the team during shifts. Key aspects include:

  • Demonstrating respect for all team members and guests.
  • Motivating the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Training, orientating, and monitoring new team members.
  • Responding to guest needs in a friendly and urgent manner.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing issues that require attention during the shift.

Operational Standards and Compliance

Adherence to established operational procedures is critical. This includes:

  • Ensuring compliance with all Tim Hortons operating standards.
  • Verifying proper merchandising and stocking of all products and packaging.
  • Maintaining operational efficiency through effective use of work schedules.
  • Enforcing all store policies, including cash, meal, break, and food safety policies.
  • Staying informed about new product launches, promotions, and discount schemes.

Health and Safety Compliance

Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and following all safe work practices and procedures.
  • Using required personal protective equipment.
  • Reporting all injuries, illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, and security incidents to management.
  • Ensuring that work is performed in a manner that does not endanger anyone.
  • Ensuring health and safety policies are followed during the shift, including documentation and reporting of any work-related injuries or accidents.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory or related role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures and customer service principles.
  • Experience in cash handling and basic financial procedures.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
