About the Role

Bayut KSA, a leading property portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position supports the recruitment team in attracting and hiring top talent by coordinating the hiring process, managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Post job openings on various platforms and track applicant responses.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.

Candidate Experience Management

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, focusing on delivering a positive and seamless recruitment experience. This involves providing timely updates and ensuring clear communication at every stage of the hiring journey.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
• Must have no work experience for the last 6 months.
