About the Technical Centre Manager Role

ADWAN CHEMICALS SPA is establishing a new technical centre in Riyadh and is seeking a Technical Centre Manager to lead its development and operations. This full-time, on-site position is focused on research and development within the industrial minerals and inorganic chemicals sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building the facility and contributing to its research, analytical, and technical service activities.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Technical Centre Manager will be responsible for developing the research and analytical capabilities of the new centre. Key duties include conducting research studies, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive technical reports. This role also involves collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational improvements. A primary focus will be on developing new products and enhancing existing formulations and performance, ensuring all activities adhere to stringent safety and quality standards.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Performing research studies and analyzing collected data.
• Preparing detailed technical reports on research findings and project progress.
• Collaborating with various internal teams to support R&D objectives.
• Ensuring all research and development activities comply with established safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Master’s degree, with a PhD being preferred, in a relevant field such as Chemical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Mineral Processing Engineering. Experience in research and quality assurance is essential. Proven expertise in research and development (R&D) is required, alongside strong analytical and laboratory skills. The ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and strong communication skills are also necessary.
