About the Technical Support Specialist Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with strong troubleshooting capabilities and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality IT support to end users in a dynamic environment. The role involves addressing a range of technical issues and ensuring efficient resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Respond to support requests received through ticketing systems, phone calls, or emails.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Support remote users utilizing remote access tools.
• Document reported issues, their resolutions, and relevant processes within the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or a similar technical support role.
