The Role: Warehouse Administrator – Gypsum Board & Ceiling Systems

Impact Arabia Building Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations, with a specific focus on gypsum board, ceiling systems, and related accessories. The role involves meticulous record-keeping, documentation processing, and coordination of material logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain comprehensive warehouse inventory records.
• Prepare and process essential documentation, including Delivery Notes (DNs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Quotations.
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure all documentation is well-organized and accessible.
• Coordinate the movement of incoming and outgoing materials within the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and provide support for regular inventory counts.
• Ensure all warehouse records are accurate and kept up to date.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and drivers regarding deliveries and collections.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities within the warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Previous experience with gypsum board systems, drywall materials, ceiling systems, and related accessories is highly preferred.
• Good English communication skills are essential for effective coordination.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
• Demonstrated good organizational and administrative capabilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in warehouse administration is preferred.

Work Location and Compensation

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specifically at our facility located near Exit 17. The salary offered for this role is SAR 3,500 – 4,000 (All Inclusive), which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
