About the Role

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Workforce Management Senior Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for the strategic planning and effective utilization of workforce resources to ensure optimal staffing and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Workforce Management Senior Manager will plan, allocate, and utilize workforce resources to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. The primary objective is to align with operational needs, enhance efficiency and productivity, and improve the overall performance of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing with the right skills to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure appropriate shift coverage, meeting demand while managing labor costs.
• Define, track, and report on workforce management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess staffing efficiency and performance.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the workforce management team, ensuring necessary training and development.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate and optimize workforce management technology solutions.
• Contribute to the development and execution of Division's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring alignment with other functions.
• Make critical decisions supporting the Division's strategic and tactical direction.
• Establish plans for respective functions/teams and provide input to support Division goals.
• Distribute tactical responsibilities to improve organizational succession readiness.
• Measure and track Division OKRs and metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Set performance objectives, provide support, evaluate direct reports, and offer regular feedback.
• Participate in identifying and recruiting key talent for the function.
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor workflow.
• Facilitate team member contributions to improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Manage and contribute to the budgeting cycle, providing input to the process.
• Ensure effective utilization of the function's budget and report accurately on progress and challenges.
• Investigate and propose strategies for positive financial impact for HungerStation.
• Manage reporting departments within budget and report on progress and challenges.
• Formulate strategies to achieve positive financial impact and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for consistent work execution.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote HungerStation's values.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. HungerStation is part of the Delivery Hero Group, a global local delivery platform operating in over 70 countries.
