As the property’s strategic financial business leader, you will play a key role in championing, developing, and implementing strategies that meet the needs of both the brand’s target customers and property employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop means to improve profit and explore new business opportunities.
• Analyze information, forecast sales, and create annual budget plans.
• Lead and oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.
• Communicate financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage property working capital and cash flow.

Candidate Profile:
To be considered for this role, you should have a 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major with at least 3 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience is also acceptable.
