We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Sterilization Technician to ensure the highest standards of sterilization in our hospitals. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in patient safety and healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sterilization services in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Maintain and manage sterilization equipment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to work under pressure.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sterilization Services or equivalent.
- Certification as a Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician by CBSPD or similar.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sterilization or surgery preferred.
- Knowledge of CSSD equipment and policies.
- License in sterilization.
