Key Responsibilities:

Successfully achieve the individual sales target and KPIs.
Ensure the store maintains Damas standards.
Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage stock control and maintain 100% stock accuracy.
Adapt your sales approach to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications:
Minimum Senior High School Graduate.

Experience:
2 to 5 years in luxury retail, service, or hospitality, with general jewellery knowledge.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Self-motivated team player.
Available to work retail hours, including weekends.
