The Role

We are seeking a professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time role is responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will manage day-to-day customer interactions and help ensure all inquiries and issues are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues while providing effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Process customer requests, account updates, orders, returns, and other service-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
