About the Governance Manager Role

Rua Al Madinah Holding is seeking a Governance Manager to join its team in Medina. This full-time position is integral to strengthening the organization's corporate governance framework. The role requires a dedicated professional to ensure compliance, promote accountability, and foster a culture of transparency and informed decision-making across the organization.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Governance Manager will oversee all governance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and approved policies. This position is responsible for maintaining clear lines of accountability throughout the organization. Key objectives include providing effective governance oversight, delivering accurate and timely reporting to senior management, and championing a strong governance culture that emphasizes transparency, accountability, risk awareness, and sound decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing the corporate governance framework and operating model.
• Implementing and maintaining governance oversight and monitoring mechanisms.
• Managing reporting processes, escalations, and engagement with the Audit Committee.
• Overseeing policy management and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Administering whistleblowing channels and promoting ethical governance practices.
• Providing awareness, advisory services, and decision support related to governance matters.
• Managing and developing the governance team.
• Contributing to planning and budgeting activities for the governance function.
• Ensuring the development and maintenance of relevant policies, systems, processes, procedures, standards, and reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Legal studies or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.

This is a full-time position based in Medina. The role operates within the framework of Rua Al Madinah Holding, contributing to its strategic objectives in the region.
