This full-time position is for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience, focusing on maintaining high standards of guest service and operational efficiency within the hotel environment.

Role Overview

The HK Floor Supervisor plays a central role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This position requires a commitment to guest care, from arrival through to departure, and contributes significantly to the overall quality of the guest journey within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the department to ensure service standards are consistently met with friendly and engaging service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, tracking issues and notifying relevant departments to ensure memorable guest experiences.
• Ensure employees are informed daily about operational priorities to facilitate personalized service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A service-focused personality is essential for this role.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is considered an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related property management system.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to lead by example.
