Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Develop and refine recipes, experimenting with new ingredients.
• Collaborate with management to design pastry menus that align with seasonal trends.
• Manage high-quality ingredients while maintaining inventory levels to prevent spoilage.
• Monitor the quality of pastries and desserts to meet our standards.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in a clean kitchen environment.

About You:
The ideal candidate has:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of professional experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
