As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations in Umluj, ensuring a harmonious workplace for our employees.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations and benefits administration.
Maintain HR policies and ensure effective communication between employees and management.
Assist with onboarding processes and coordinate training sessions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR Management and processes.
Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HR policy development.
Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in the region.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

About the Role:
The main responsibilities include:

Operating, monitoring, and maintaining swimming pools, Jacuzzis, spas, and decorative water features to comply with hotel and local authority standards.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance as per the established schedule and manufacturer guidelines.
Ensuring the proper and safe condition of all plant, plant rooms, equipment, and work areas.
Adhering to JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards.
Inspecting and maintaining salt chlorination systems, ensuring proper salinity levels, chlorine generation, and pH balance.
Monitoring and adjusting system parameters to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
