نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:
كوكيل حجوزات مجموعة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن التعامل مع جميع طلبات الحجز والتغييرات والإلغاءات المستلمة عبر الهاتف أو الفاكس أو البريد. تشمل وظيفتك:
  • تحديد احتياجات الحجز للضيوف وتحديد نوع الغرفة المناسب.
  • شرح الضمان والأسعار الخاصة وسياسات الإلغاء للضيوف.
  • توثيق الطلبات الخاصة والرد على الاستفسارات المتعلقة بمرافق الملكية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • معالجة جميع طلبات الحجز في وقت مناسب ودقيق.
  • إدخال البيانات والوصول إليها في نظام الحجز.
  • الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المملوكة وحماية أصول الشركة.
  • تعزيز العلاقات الإيجابية مع أعضاء الفريق والضيوف.

في هذا الدور، لن تحتاج إلى أي خبرة عمل سابقة، ويفضل الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها. نحن نقدر التنوع وملتزمون بتوفير فرص متساوية لجميع الموظفين، بغض النظر عن الخلفية.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of local laws related to security.
