Join Napco National as a Sales Executive!
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to sell our extensive range of products while maintaining strong customer relationships. Your role is crucial in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the widest range of company products based on group channel guidelines.
  • Provide feedback on competition activities and suggest strategies.
  • Prepare special order requests and ensure full compliance with approvals.
  • Maintain professional business relationships and revisit lost customers.
  • Open new accounts and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Train customers on utilizing the Napco platform.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and report issues to the team leader.
  • Enter customer orders into the JDE system.
  • Report daily collections and manage product returns.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School degree.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
