We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will contribute to our projects with local insights and expertise. In this role, you will oversee various quantity surveying activities, including:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will contribute to our projects with local insights and expertise. In this role, you will oversee various quantity surveying activities, including:
- Preparing budgetary estimates and Bill of Quantities from sketch drawings.
- Contributing to the success of large-scale projects including commercial and residential complexes, highways, airports, and more.
- Liaising with Project Directors and attending tender procedures to prepare tender reports.
- Managing contract documents and providing recommendations on contractor’s valuations.
- Conducting evaluations, handling contractual correspondences, and preparing monthly statements.
- Finalizing the account of projects and assisting in contract administration duties.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in pre & post construction quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in KSA.
- Preferred member of RICS.
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and other contracts.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
