Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create high-quality baked goods, desserts, and pastries.
- Assist in developing innovative dessert concepts.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene practices.
- Monitor ingredient quality to maintain product standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve productivity and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in bakery and baking techniques.
- Strong creativity skills for dessert presentation and recipe development.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and procedures in food preparation.
- Experience in a pastry or bakery environment is highly beneficial.
- Culinary certification or diploma in Baking, Pastry Arts, or a related field is preferred.
