Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (required)
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) – mandatory
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical complex setting is preferred
- Strong interest and commitment to full-time work
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives in alignment with CBAHI standards
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality indicators
- Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and performance improvement projects
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to promote a culture of safety and excellence
- Maintain documentation and contribute to accreditation readiness
- Provide training and awareness sessions on quality tools and standards
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
