Join Our Team as a Reservations Agent
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary customer service and provide creative solutions. As a Reservations Agent at Centro Shaheen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and confirm guest room reservations through phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer and respond to inquiries and requests regarding reservations.
• Stay updated on promotions and follow procedures for all hotel reservations.
• Show complete product knowledge and apply rate management effectively.
• Maintain an established filing system and compile reports as required.
• Promote good public relations and aim to maximize business.
• Ensure all incoming calls and emails are handled according to Rotana standards.
• Organize visa requests for guests and upsell whenever possible.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should have a diploma or degree in the hospitality field, along with previous hotel reservations experience. Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication in English are a must; additional language skills are a plus.
