• Prepare special order requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional business relations with existing customers and explore opportunities to regain lost ones.
• Open new accounts and manage documentation.
• Transfer customers to the ECOM platform and provide training.
• Identify new potential customers within your area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School degree.
• Acceptable level of English and computer literacy.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
