We are currently seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of our Housekeeping department, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily housekeeping operations and assist in maintaining guestroom cleanliness.
- Ensure effective communication of room status with the Front Desk.
- Supervise the overall cleanliness of the property and hold staff accountable for performance.
- Assist in inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Respond to guest complaints and work towards continuous improvement of service.
- Participate in the interviewing and training of new team members.
- Oversee departmental financial performance and ensure compliance with budget.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; or a 2-year degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related area.
