Requirements:
  • Saudi national
  • Acquired Bachelor's or diploma degree
  • Registered on TAQAT platform
  • Unemployed
  • Not registered with GOSI within the past six months
  • Has not previously participated in Tamheer program
  • Fluent in English
  • Good Microsoft Office skills

نحن في شركة HERO نبحث عن محاسب متمكن للانضمام إلى فريقنا في جدة. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولًا عن إعداد التقارير والبيانات المالية، إجراء التسويات البنكية، والمشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الدورية. إلى جانب المهام الفنية، يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات تواصل قوية وفهم عميق للأعمال التجارية.

المهام الوظيفية:
  • إعداد تقارير مالية مخصصة لتلبية احتياجات العمل المختلفة.
  • تجهيز الوثائق الضريبية والزكاة.
  • تجميع وتحليل البيانات المالية والبيانات الدورية.
  • إدارة عمليات إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ المالي.
  • إجراء التسويات البنكية والمراجعات الدورية.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • القدرة على تفسير وتحليل البيانات المالية والتقارير الدورية.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office مثل Excel وWord وPowerPoint وOutlook.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

Join Our Team as a General Accountant!
We are looking for a skilled accountant to execute daily accounting tasks related to car sales and purchases and provide related services. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record car sales and purchases and monitor related accounting entries.
  • Prepare and track invoices for clients and suppliers.
  • Manage and oversee accounts receivable and payable linked to sales, including collections and client payment follow-ups.
  • Reconcile bank accounts periodically.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports on sales, commissions, operational expenses, and profitability for each vehicle.
  • Issue receipts and payments, and monitor cash movement and petty cash.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with previous experience in the automotive sector or showrooms.
  • Good knowledge of accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of the Zakat and tax regulations in Saudi Arabia, especially VAT.
  • Excellent organizational skills, high accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
