Join Al Khozama Hotel & Residences as a Swim Coach!
Al Khozama Hotel & Residences is situated in the prime location of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), providing a luxurious hospitality experience. We are looking for a dedicated Swim Coach to be part of our team, enhancing our guests' experiences with professional swimming instruction.

Role Overview:
As a full-time Swim Coach, your primary responsibility will involve conducting swim lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. You will also be tasked with developing personalized training plans to cater to participants’ needs while ensuring their safety and well-being during aquatic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct swim lessons and oversee aquatic activities.
• Develop personalized training plans for participants based on their skill levels.
• Promote water safety and provide technical guidance on swimming techniques.
• Assist with maintaining the facility related to aquatic activities.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in swim instruction and knowledge of aquatics sports.
• Experience and certification in lifeguarding, highlighting water safety and first aid.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants.
• Relevant certifications in swim coaching and aquatics are highly preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality or international environments is beneficial.
