About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Health and Safety Manager in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Abha. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to oversee health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all regulations while promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies tailored to the organization's needs.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain the highest standards.
Provide comprehensive safety training to employees to raise awareness and compliance.
Investigate workplace accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with occupational health professionals on managing workplace health issues.

Qualifications:

Relevant Health & Safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) skills.
NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualifications.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Analytical skills to assess safety risks efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, or a related field.
Experience in the contracting or construction industry's health and safety aspects is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee and enhance our workplace health, safety, and environmental program. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to foster a proactive safety culture across all operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain safety management systems, policies, and procedures in line with local regulations and international standards.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate safety standards into project planning and execution.
Deliver training programs and awareness sessions to promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
Prepare and submit safety reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations.
Liaise with governmental bodies and external auditors regarding safety compliance and certifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in safety management, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of Saudi and international safety standards (*, OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSH).
Proven experience in risk assessment, HSE audits, and emergency response management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems.

هدف الوظيفة: ستقوم بتطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة أنظمة HSE وضمان الالتزام اللوائح والمعايير الشركة، بهدف تقليل المخاطر لجميع الأطراف المعنية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

الامتثال وإدارة السياسات: تطوير أنظمة إدارة HSE وفقًا لـ ISO 45001 و ISO 14001 واللوائح المحلية.
إدارة المخاطر والمخاطر: إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وتحليل سلامة الوظائف لتخفيف المخاطر.
التدريب والوعي: إنشاء برامج تدريبية لضمان كفاءة سلامة الموظفين والمقاولين.
المراقبة والتقارير: إجراء تدقيقات منتظمة والحفاظ على سجلات السلامة.

المؤهلات: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو علوم البيئة أو مجال ذي صلة مطلوبة. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشحين شهادات NEBOSH و OSHA وما لا يقل عن 7 سنوات من الخبرة في HSE في بيئات صناعية.
