Main Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and implement the Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System aligned with ISO & Group Standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage customer satisfaction through effective feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor and improve process capabilities, fostering continuous communication with stakeholders.
Quality Management System:- Manage compliance and effectiveness of local QMS, ensuring the continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively on QHSE issues to all internal and external stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance:- Drive medical device registrations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Customer Satisfaction:- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve satisfaction.
Manufacturing Quality:- Support production teams in achieving quality levels and managing supplier quality.
- Implement quality testing methods and ensure compliance with established standards.
EHS Implementation:- Establish and enforce Environmental, Health and Safety policies to promote a safe working environment.
- Monitor incidents and engage with teams to improve prevention.
Candidate Profile:- Proven experience in managing QMS based on ISO standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French; experience in the optical industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and customer-centric mindset.
- Good organizational skills with a passion for driving results.
