This role is essential in directing and managing all financial operations within the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that embody our commitment to hospitality.

Responsibilities:
  • Support financial strategy execution: Assist in directing financial operations to align with strategic goals, optimizing profitability and efficiency.
  • Provide financial insights: Review financial performance, reconcile accounts, and prepare recommendations for leadership.
  • Manage financial operations: Oversee Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Night Audit functions.
  • Oversee financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly financial statements for accuracy.
  • Monitor and approve transactions: Authorize ledger reconciliations, tax filings, and payroll.
  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and mentor team members to build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities for Pre-Opening Leaders:
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and resources for construction and procurement.
  • Operational Readiness: Ensure all departments are prepared for the opening.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and onboard the staff.
  • Financial Management: Monitor pre-opening budgets and expenses.
  • Brand Standards: Align all operations with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end financial accounting and reporting operations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, monthly management reports, and annual budgets.
  • Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in IFRS and SOCPA frameworks.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced financial reporting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إدارة الأنشطة المالية اليومية بما في ذلك المدفوعات، والمديونات، وإدارة النقد.

  • إعداد وتقديم إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة وضريبة الاستقطاع، بالإضافة إلى معالجة إقرارات ضريبة الدخل للشركات.
  • إصدار فواتير العملاء وفقًا للوائح المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • إعداد التقارير المالية لصنع القرار وإدارة علاقات المدققين.

مهاراتك وخبرتك:
  • درجة البكاليوس في المحاسبة أو المالية؛ يفضل الحصول على مؤهلات مهنية (SOCPA، ACCA، CPA، CMA).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المالية في المملكة العربية السعودية مع معرفة ضريبة القيمة المضافة وضريبة الاستقطاع من زاتكا والبوابات ذات الصلة بالفواتير الإلكترونية.
  • خبرة قوية في الأنظمة مثل أوراكل، وSAP، أو MS Dynamics، ومهارات متقدمة في Excel.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
