In this key role, you will oversee and optimise our financial operations, ensuring the financial health of our organisation as we support our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting.
- Lead the month-end closing process and conduct financial forecasts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Analyze costs, pricing, and company performance against business plans.
- Manage budgets and provide financial insights to management.
- Direct communication with auditors and other departments.
- Conduct investment analyses including cap rate and NPV evaluations.
- Prepare investor-ready financial reports and presentations.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CMA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience, ideally in real estate.
- Expertise in financial management and reporting.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required.
