We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Representative to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about international trade and capable of managing the entire export process, while ensuring smooth operations and compliance with export regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities in target export markets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate export documentation, shipping arrangements, and customs clearance.
- Monitor and resolve constraints or challenges in export procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and timelines are met.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably within Perfumery Business.
- Thorough knowledge of export formalities, procedures, and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle operational and regulatory challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (preferred).
