Join our dynamic team at Henkel as a Field Sales Engineer! In this role, you will execute sales strategies and develop action plans for your assigned territory, directly impacting our business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the regional pricing strategy effectively.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers across the assigned area.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives within the territory.
  • Deliver on sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal activities to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Engage with Key Account Management on customer prioritization.
  • Monitor KPIs and manage sales forecasts effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in construction materials.
  • Preferred experience in waterproofing products and/or building chemicals.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to support strategic planning.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in irrigation sales within the Saudi market.
  • Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, pumps, valves, controllers, and related products.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
