Role Overview

Alfanar Projects is seeking a Key Account Manager I EXA Ceramics to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on managing key customer relationships within the Project Sales Department, ensuring customer needs are met, and contributing to sales targets. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage key customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Address customer requirements and queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Proactively engage with potential clients and promote new products.
Provide product suggestions and alternatives to customers during selection.
Upload relevant data to the C4C (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Submit samples and necessary documents to clients and follow up for approval.
Prepare and submit quotations to clients, following up until approval.
Monitor and follow up on collections with clients, coordinating accounts for bank posting.
Attend team meetings to ensure alignment and stay informed.

Management and Reporting

Suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance sales performance.
Stay informed about competitor activities, including new products, pricing, and promotions, and report to the Project Sales department.
Provide weekly and monthly progress reports.
Monitor and control budgets and expenses to achieve optimal cost efficiency.
Provide periodic work progress reports.
