About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on delivering comprehensive fleet solutions and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for key business customers. The role is critical for fostering long-term partnerships, ensuring client retention, and achieving defined revenue targets within the assigned corporate client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Sixt fleet solutions to existing clients.
  • Manage client contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure the delivery of service excellence.
  • Track and analyze account performance, providing regular reports to Sales Management.
  • Monitor collection processes with clients to ensure timely payment for services rendered.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in key account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the fleet management or facilities management sector.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
