About the Role

Blooming Wear is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a highly organized individual with a strong understanding of retail marketing and social media trends. The role requires managing daily marketing operations while contributing creative ideas to enhance the brand's presence.

Role Context

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for integrating marketing activities, from managing daily tasks to creating engaging social media content and coordinating with external agencies. This position directly impacts the brand's visibility across the Kingdom, focusing on current trends within the Saudi social media landscape.

Responsibilities

Manage the marketing calendar, track tasks, and ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.
Create and post quick-turnaround copy across various social media platforms, including TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Track social media metrics and prepare clear, actionable performance reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, ensuring they receive necessary assets and briefs.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, developing concepts relevant to the Saudi market.
Conduct in-store visits to capture content or coordinate content creation with freelancers and influencers.

Qualifications and Requirements

5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a retail environment.
Demonstrated experience as a "social-first" marketer.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in creating engaging social media content.
Ability to identify and leverage current social media trends in Saudi Arabia.
Experience in managing external agency relationships.
