Outdoor Sales Representative Role

Diamond Glare is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves developing customer relationships and selling equipment solutions to key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and central laundries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and projects, arrange visits, and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable equipment proposals with the sales and technical teams.
• Present products, negotiate within approved limits, and follow quotations through to closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, customer requirements, opportunities, and next steps.
• Coordinate order progress and delivery updates, and follow up on payments with the Finance department.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and approved profit margins.
• Report market opportunities, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A valid driving license and personal car are mandatory for this role.
• Ability to plan customer visits, work independently, and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Ability to learn equipment specifications and clearly explain product benefits to clients.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
• Previous outdoor or B2B sales experience is preferred, particularly in equipment or the hospitality sector.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, requiring regular outdoor client visits and independent work.
