Join Our Team as a Technical Support Engineer!
At Salamat First Medical Company, we are dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services and we need a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. If you are customer-focused and passionate about solving complex technical issues, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, wireless access points).
Administer and support firewall technologies (*, Fortinet, Cisco), including policy management and basic security audits.
Implement, configure, and provide in-depth support for VoIP phone systems, with specialized expertise in Grandstream devices and ecosystems.
Set up, monitor, and manage network monitoring tools (PRTG) to ensure network health and proactive issue resolution.
Document all support interactions, solutions, and network configurations accurately.
Collaborate with senior engineers on network projects and improvements.
Provide basic user training on new systems and technologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Must hold a transferable Iqama (for Saudi-based applicants).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience (2+ years) in a technical support or network support role.
Strong hands-on experience with Grandstream VoIP systems (GXP phones, UCM series, configuration, troubleshooting).
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
Practical experience with firewall administration and security concepts.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure.

الوصف الوظيفي: تعد وظيفة كاشير جزءاً حيوياً في بيئة العمل. يقوم موظف الصندوق بعد المبالغ المالية المتوافرة في آلة تسجيل النقود وتسجيلها. يتولى استلام المدفوعات نقدا أو عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان وتحديث قوائم الأسعار. كما يتطلب الأمر تسوية النقدية الواردة مع إجمالي المبيعات في نهاية الوردية. يجب على الكاشير أن يتعامل برحابة صدر مع العملاء، وتلبية رغباتهم بالإضافة أو الحذف على قوائم الشراء.

الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:

عدّ المبالغ المالية وتسجيلها في آلة تسجيل النقود في بداية وردية العمل.
استلام المدفوعات نقداً أو عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان أو الطرق الأخرى المعتمدة، ودفع المبالغ المتبقية وتحرير الإيصالات المناسبة.
تحديث قوائم الأسعار بشكل مستمر وحساب أسعار السلع أو الخدمات.
تطبيق الخصومات عند اللزوم.
تسوية النقدية الواردة مع إجمالي المبيعات في نهاية الوردية والإبلاغ عن أية اختلافات.
التعامل مع العملاء وتلبية رغباتهم.
