Key Responsibilities:- Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance tools.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, wireless access points).
- Administer and support firewall technologies (*, Fortinet, Cisco), including policy management and basic security audits.
- Implement, configure, and provide in-depth support for VoIP phone systems, with specialized expertise in Grandstream devices and ecosystems.
- Set up, monitor, and manage network monitoring tools (PRTG) to ensure network health and proactive issue resolution.
- Document all support interactions, solutions, and network configurations accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network projects and improvements.
- Provide basic user training on new systems and technologies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:- Must hold a transferable Iqama (for Saudi-based applicants).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a technical support or network support role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Grandstream VoIP systems (GXP phones, UCM series, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
- Practical experience with firewall administration and security concepts.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure.
