Join Morgans Originals as a Waiter! This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing portfolio of lifestyle brands in the hospitality sector.

About the Role:
As a Waiter, you will greet guests warmly and provide them with a personalized dining experience based on our restaurant’s specialty. Your main responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and offering tailored menu recommendations.
  • Answering detailed questions about the menu and dietary restrictions with expertise.
  • Providing high-level service to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
  • Taking accurate orders and entering them into the POS system.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications: We are looking for individuals with:
  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a specialty restaurant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to memorize and explain menu items in detail.

المسؤوليات
  • القيادة الإبداعية وابتكار القائمة: تصميم وتنفيذ قوائم المعجنات الموسمية عبر مواقع مختلفة، مع ضمان أنها تعكس هوية العلامة التجارية.
  • التميز التشغيلي والجودة: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمعجنات، والحفاظ على معايير النظافة العالية، والامتثال للوائح المحلية.
  • تطوير الفريق والثقافة: تجنيد وإرشاد فريق معجنات عالي الأداء، وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والتعاون.
  • إدارة المالية والمخزون: إدارة الميزانيات والإشراف على المصادر لتتوافق مع معايير الجودة.
  • التفاعل مع الضيوف والتعاون مع العلامة التجارية: التفاعل بنشاط مع الضيوف أثناء الفعاليات، والتعاون مع قسم الأغذية والمشروبات والتسويق في المبادرات.
  • تميز الخدمة والجودة: قيادة وتعزيز الخدمة الاستثنائية في جميع أنحاء الفريق الطهوي.
  • الاستدامة: دعم الممارسات المستدامة من خلال استخدام مكونات عضوية وتقليل الفاقد.
  • الامتثال والمعايير: التأكد من تلبية جميع معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة.

المؤهلات
الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 5-7 سنوات في عمليات المعجنات الفاخرة، قيادة فرق عالية الأداء، مع التركيز على ابتكار القوائم وتجارب الضيوف.
التعليم: درجة في فنون الطهي أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يُفضل الحصول على شهادات في تقنيات المعجنات المتقدمة.
المهارات: مهارات تواصل قوية، تفكير موجه نحو الضيوف، والقدرة على التكيف في بيئات ذات علامتين تجاريتين.

Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue across the hotel.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group, and leisure segments.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Account Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
  • Monitor account performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection processes for accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3–5 years in revenue management or related roles in the hospitality industry, ideally in luxury hotels.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles.
  • Experience with revenue management software and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market is an advantage.
