Join Lucid Motors as a Maintenance Controls Technician

As a Maintenance Controls Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production automation systems are optimized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop company-wide controls standards and specifications.
Create communication networks for data management and tracking.
Participate in the conceptual development of new equipment.
Program and debug PLC ladder logic.
Establish and execute test plans for equipment installation.
Train teams on supporting automated equipment.
Optimize processes to maximize production efficiency.

Requirements:

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
2+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role.
Deep knowledge of electrical and safety standards.
Advanced programming skills for industrial systems.
Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs.
Ability to create detailed electrical schematics.

Role - Technician, Paint Shop Maintenance
Join TASC Outsourcing as a Technician in Paint Shop Maintenance, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment. We are seeking a skilled professional to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks while optimizing system performance to maintain high-quality output.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

Perform preventive & corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical issues.
Maintain robots, conveyors & paint systems.
Conduct safety checks & inspections.
Execute predictive maintenance.
Maintain maintenance records & escalate issues.
Assist in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with production machines.
Monitor production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Implement safety measures to adhere to safety, quality standards, and prevent accidents.

Education:
Technical High School or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or any related industrial field.
