Join Lucid Motors as a Maintenance Controls Technician

As a Maintenance Controls Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production automation systems are optimized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop company-wide controls standards and specifications.
• Create communication networks for data management and tracking.
• Participate in the conceptual development of new equipment.
• Program and debug PLC ladder logic.
• Establish and execute test plans for equipment installation.
• Train teams on supporting automated equipment.
• Optimize processes to maximize production efficiency.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of electrical and safety standards.
• Advanced programming skills for industrial systems.
• Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Ability to create detailed electrical schematics.
