Join Salla as a Branch Accountant!
Be a part of Salla’s Controllership Department and take on the vital responsibility of managing financial operations for one of our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of financial operations including accurate accounting and timely reporting.
Ensure compliance with controllership standards and procedures.
Independently handle accounting activities with precision.
Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate financial reports for branch activities.
Iissue invoices to clients and suppliers in accordance with company policies.
Process payments and oversee payroll for branch operations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing in coordination with the Controllership team.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Familiarity with tax reporting and compliance.

Join Our Team as a Junior Accountant
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our real estate company in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the real estate and property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Recording daily financial transactions for real estate projects and property portfolios.
Managing accounts payable and receivable related to contractors, suppliers, and tenants.
Preparing and reconciling bank statements and petty cash.
Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Processing rental income entries and monitoring collection schedules.
Supporting the preparation of financial reports related to project costs, cash flows, and property performance.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
0–2 years of experience (preferably in real estate or contracting, but not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.
Familiarity with real estate accounting concepts is a plus.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
