Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and teas.
- Ensure quality and consistency by following recipes and adhering to standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Create a warm atmosphere by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain it in good condition.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality and cleanliness.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
