We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our dynamic team at WHOA TEA & DESSERTS. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our financial policies and management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial policies and procedures ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitoring execution and analyzing variances.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting while providing accurate analyses to senior management.
- Manage cash flows and costs to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial systems.
- Implement an effective financial control system and manage risks.
- Develop the financial team and enhance its capabilities.
- Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and advice.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- 2 to 3 years of experience required.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
