We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our dynamic team at WHOA TEA & DESSERTS. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our financial policies and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial policies and procedures ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitoring execution and analyzing variances.
  • Oversee accounting and financial reporting while providing accurate analyses to senior management.
  • Manage cash flows and costs to improve profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial systems.
  • Implement an effective financial control system and manage risks.
  • Develop the financial team and enhance its capabilities.
  • Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and advice.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience required.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

  • مراجعة المطالبات والتغييرات (VOs/Variations) من منظور مالي وتعاقدي.
  • تحسين آلية المتابعة وبناء تقارير/لوحات أداء تنفيذية مبسطة لسرعة القرار.
  • مراجعة وتطوير النماذج والإجراءات المالية وسير الموافقات لضبط الامتثال والكفاءة.
  • مراجعة الالتزام بـ IFRS والزكاة/الضريبة/الفوترة الإلكترونية واستيفاء متطلبات المراجعين.

المتطلبات:
  • بكالوريوس مالية/محاسبة (يفضّل MBA)، خبرة 15 سنة (منها 5+ في مشاريع إنشائية/عقارية/إشراف).
  • يُفضَّل خبرة بالتطوير العقاري، ويفضَّل مشاريع البيع على الخارطة.
  • اعتماد مهني مُفضّل (SOCPA/CPA/CMA).
  • إتقان ERP وExcel المتقدم وPower BI، عربية ممتازة، إنجليزية جيدة.
  • خبرة مباشرة بحسابات الضمان والصرف المرحلي وفق المتطلبات النظامية.
  • ضبط التكاليف وربط EVM/SPI/CPI بالتقارير المالية.
  • سابق خبرة في تطوير النماذج والإجراءات (SOPs/RACI) وإعادة تصميم العمليات لتحسين سرعة وموثوقية التقارير.
  • تعامل سابق مع خطابات الضمان/الاعتمادات وتحسين كلفة التمويل.
