KUN Sports is dedicated to promoting sports and wellness-related investments in Saudi Arabia, and as part of our team, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Functional: Develop and oversee the implementation of the accounting manual in adherence to policies and procedures.
- Prepare operating data and special reports, including interim and annual financial statements.
- Supervise accounting transactions covering accounts payables, receivables, billing, general accounting, and finance statements.
- Lead tax-related activities, including Zakat and VAT, ensuring compliance with Saudi tax regulations.
- Manage the financial close process, ensuring accurate recording and preparation of reports.
- Monitor accounting data and recommend improvements.
- Ensure proper financial input consolidation from Operating Companies for financial planning.
Operational and Strategic Responsibilities:- Formulate and lead accounting plans based on department strategy.
- Ensure timely provision of reports to leadership and support in planning and decision making.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop corrective actions for performance gaps.
People Management:- Develop workforce planning reports and talent acquisition plans.
- Set performance objectives for team members and conduct performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to ensure operational requirements are met.
Stakeholder Management:Engage with stakeholders to achieve accounting objectives, maintaining regular communication to align goals.
