Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead the financial operations for Yosr Union Medical Co. and its affiliated entity, Makkah College. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage both corporate and academic financial responsibilities with precision and insight.
Key Responsibilities:- Corporate Financial Management: Lead all financial activities for Yosr Union Medical Co., including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. You will oversee the revenue cycle, manage daily cash flow, and handle capital expenditure and payroll processes.
- Auditing and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and ensure strict adherence to all Saudi financial regulations and tax laws (ZATCA). You will also develop and maintain robust internal financial controls.
- ERP and Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy by managing and optimizing the company's financial software and ERP systems.
- Higher Education Financial Oversight: Provide dedicated support to the Financial Affairs Department of Makkah College. This includes preparing financial reports for the Ministry of Education, ensuring compliance with higher-education standards (NCAAA), and providing financial guidance to the Dean and College Board for academic planning and resource allocation.
- Strategic Alignment: Coordinate financial planning between the two entities to ensure the college’s financial objectives align with the broader strategic goals of Yosr Union Medical Co.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (master's degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 710 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in the healthcare or education sector is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of international and local accounting standards, Saudi tax laws (ZATCA), and regulatory requirements.
