As a leading corporate catering company, The Grandeur Co. specializes in labor and employee catering, ensuring that meals are crafted to keep your employees energized and satisfied. We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to oversee our catering team's daily operations and enhance our service delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the catering operations team for event service delivery.
Coordinate catering logistics including food preparation, transportation, set-up, and service execution.
Monitor food quality and presentation to align with company standards.
Manage and train catering staff to ensure high performance and customer service.
Oversee inventory management while minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist in planning and coordinating catering events, working closely with clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during events.
Review customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain operational reports on staff attendance, inventory usage, and event outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor staffing levels and coordinate shift schedules.
Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations.
Assist in menu planning based on dietary restrictions and budget constraints.
Implement operational procedures for efficiency and service quality.
Ensure proper waste handling in line with sustainability practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in catering operations or food service management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in catering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Flexible availability for catering events on weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a supervisory role within a catering environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing large-scale events.

تتطلب وظيفة مشرف عمليات الإشراف المباشر على فرق المفتشين الميدانيين، حيث يتولى المرشح مسؤولية متابعة الأداء والعمليات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة للمشاريع. تشمل المهام تنسيق وتنفيذ الحملات التفتيشية، تطوير علاقات العمل بين الفرق الميدانية والتشغيلية، وكذلك التحقق من جاهزية الفروع وفقاً لمستوى الخدمة والامتثال للسياسات العامة. يُتوقع أيضاً من المشرف نقل التعاميم الإدارية ذات الصلة إلى الفريق التشغيلي، والمتابعة المستمرة للأداء وإيجاد الحلول التطويرية اللازمة.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

الإشراف المباشر على أداء المفتشين الميدانيين وضمان جودة العمل.
متابعة الأداء اليومية ورفع تقارير دورية عن التقدم.
تذليل المعوقات التشغيلية التي تواجه الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
تنسيق الأنشطة والدعم في الحملات التفتيشية لضمان سيرها بسلاسة.
تطوير العلاقة بين الفريقين الميداني والتشغيلي لتعزيز التعاون.
التحقق من جاهزية الفروع بناءً على مستوى الخدمة وضمان الالتزام بالسياسات العامة.
نقل التعاميم الإدارية ذات العلاقة بعمليات التفتيش إلى الفريق التشغيلي بفعالية.
التأكد من استكمال المهام اليومية للمراقب الميداني.
متابعة الملاحظات المتعلقة بالأداء ووضع حلول تطويرية لها.
ضمان سرية العمل ومعلومات العملاء والتعامل معها بأعلى درجات الاحترام.
عقد اجتماعات دورية مع فريق التشغيل لمناقشة المخاطر والتحديات وتطوير خطط تصحيحية.
