About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Principal E-commerce to lead and optimize its e-commerce operations. This full-time position is based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration with supply chain processes and ERP systems, driving operational excellence and business growth.

Role Purpose

The Principal E-commerce will oversee daily e-commerce operations, analyze business performance, and implement continuous improvements. This role involves leading a team of three employees, providing guidance and performance management, and coordinating with various business functions to achieve strategic objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
• Manage and develop a team of three employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and other business functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor e-commerce performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights for management.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure effective utilization and continuous improvement of ERP systems supporting e-commerce operations.
• Develop and implement operational processes, controls, and best practices.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business objectives.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant e-commerce or operations leadership role.
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP Systems, or related fields are preferred.
