About the Role

KMAS-SA is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in the restaurant sector, focusing on operational excellence and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and supervise the team.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and waste effectively.
• Ensure high standards of quality, food safety, and customer experience.
• Achieve operational and financial targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with restaurant chains.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Certifications in food safety or restaurant management.
